As an update, I never heard back from Kevin Barnes.  I sent him an email asking about the terms for revenue sharing and reporting relating to SPX sales. 

I believe this is a reasonable question.  The terms for revenue sharing are not defined in the JV agreement, as far as I could tell.

I am in favor of sending a request for comment/clarification to Kevin from shareholders on this forum.  As previously suggested, the comment can be made in a public manner.
