PICPoetNow.......What ultimately destroys companies is not making money.

Also, anyone can say that their company is not for sale....and truly mean it....but have any of you on this discussion board been involved situations where the offer is so great that the minds that said do not sell are changed?

Further, has anyone else on this discussion board been involved on either side of a hostile takeover?

Although it may seem that I am arguing with some of the latest posters, beleive me I am not.....and I am actually far mor in your camps that it may seem.....I am just choosing now to throw some "what-if" questions out there.....that do have the potential of happening....

Any good company looks 360 degrees on a daily basis......not doing so can be dealy......simialr to driving a car.....more to it than just looking out the widnsheild.....
