Sparta, the call buyers think the stock is going to move up and fairly soon. The buy I mentioned of 700+ options with a $5 strike and a July 19 expiry is a very bold bet. Whoever bought those options is likely expecting positive market moving news before the 19th. 

In my experience, such bets rarely pay off. Let's hope this one does!
