These are the insiders I'd be worried about leaving (ask me to approve their options, and their options only, and I'll do so gladly): Mo Jinyu, Raju Kankipati, and Yong Meng Lee.

Jamie you're a very bright guy.  But, the mere suggestion you wouldn't be worried about Suresh leaving is crazy.  He goes and we might as well pack up and switch the lights off.

No doubt he's driven us to this point and has the utmost respect from the industry.  Him leaving would be catastrophic. Even just for the optics of it.

I think now is the time to back management, at a time when they have started to make huge strides.  It seems a lot of people are allowing emotions to cloud their judgement.  IMO.
