Since we can't expect management to remove themselves from this arrangement, I think a yes vote is the only logical option. And I'll do so bugrudgingly and with disdain. I couldn't be happier to support and retain our employees. I couldn't be less happy to retain TM and some BOD members. They are hijacking our prudent (yes) decision to reward their own dead weight. I loathe voting yes but management has backed us into a corner. The aggravation for me is the continued precedent this sets. For all his bungles TM sure is talented at extracting every dollar he can from us.
