Interestingly, David doesn’t mention POET by name, but only refers to an “opto-electronic device company”. He also doesn’t mention the role POET play in his game.

Not sure what to think about that. I do want to believe that David doesn’t want to emphasize the role that POET plays, so that – to speak figuratively – the light of Celestial AI shines all the brighter. I hope I’m not completely wrong about that.
