No one knows what's holding the share price back...of the deals that have been announced, none have included monetary figures, which in my opinion is why the market doesn't like the announcements.

When the market is convinced of POET's tech is anyone's guess.

They are dealing with the Taiwanese, it's very bad form to walk away from an agreed upon deal, I highly suspect that will not happen and do not believe it is a factor in the share price.
