Yes, but the market cap is miniscule for a company that's about to start selling (tens, hundreds) of  millions of dollars worth of product.

I agree that the increase in shares is substantial and not to be ignored, but the company, with the tech they've developed, is worth far, far more than what is being offered, it's not even close.
