The 3 institutions that bought the rececnt PP, now own around 16% of outstanding shares. 6,706,665 shares were issued, along with the same amount of warrants. I believe the current float is 42.2m shares.

6.7m/42.2m x 100 = 15.8%.

This number will drop I guess if all outstanding warrants are executed
