I wonder if there's an opportunity to replace existing 100G and 200G devices with a POET plug-in?
--------------
POET will not be competing against customer Adtran.
Adtran has a huge advantage over the other telecom players for this niche area of migration to 400GbE.

Handicapping 800G+ transceiver players
posted on Aug 25, 2023 02:06PM
I am only interested in contenders that qualify for the market share race for 800G transceivers and have 1.6T capability or promise of getting there. For me this is a four horse race. My handicapping has POET 1st, Skorpios Technologies 2nd and Innolight and Eoptolink for 3rd-4th place.
Skorpios is the competitor that has a defined platform similar to POET.

Innolight and Eoptolink are attending the CIOE later this year.
