Let me rephrase one of my questions: is there an expiry date for the consent of the ammendment, or can one hold onto their consent with the fair market value of $1.80 until Dec 25

Whilst I don't have proof. It must be down to the discretion of management or at least it is stipulated at the time of asking warrant holders. Management aren't stupid enough to let it drag on waiting for a yes or no answer from individuals.
