While the addition of the clause is required by the exchange, for the clause to actually go in effect requires unanimous warrantholder approval, which hasn't happened yet.

Personally I don't understand why any warrantholder would not approve something that is in their own financial interest and sabotaging other warrantholder's financial interest as well.  If you are a warrantholder that has not approved this yet, I'd love to hear your reasoning via a PM (warrantholder to warrantholder in confidence)
