Am I being dumb?

What's the point of an acceleration clause if one dissenting warrant holder can block the acceleration.  That cant be right unless the most useless lawyer ever known drafted the clause and made the most monumental error.

It should be simple - if the stock trades above X for Y consecutive days then the warrants accelerate.  End of story.
