The CAD $10 million non-brokered financing is full with one institutional investor! and the additional Private Placement Financing for CAD $10 million is still open to the two Canadian-based institutional investors.

So am I understanding this correctly? Are we getting 3 institutional investors who together are pouring CAD$20 million into our coffers?

And who then also stand ready with CAD $28.5 million when they exercise their warrants. (3,258,390 + 3,448,275)*4.26 CAD = 28,570,392 CAD.

This makes me expect more good news!!!
