So correct me if I'm wrong. If the FULL ATM amount is utilized then the share count will increase by roughly(very roughly depending on the share price over the next weeks) 15 million shares? (At avg. 2$ US). Is that correct? So it IS dilutive just not to the extent of we needing a PP to have them "bought" at a certain price? Do I understand the function of the ATM correctly?
