You need to factor in that Poet has been the offer side through this entire rally.  It is highly likely that Poet has sold. via the atm, 4 to 6 million shares out of the 8 million total shares traded in the past 2 days. 

Poet is likely close to finished selling as they reach their target capital raise.

This later-day price appreciation may be happening as Poet steps back after raising about $10mm CAD.  All IMHO!
