@ABC - I'm confused by your post. You say "High volume days should be used to raise money through the ATM". 

I don't believe thats how it works. My understanding is that an outside investor can approach POET or POET can solicit to buy in through the ATM. If this happens then it will drive up the volume. 

I think most agree on here that it is odd to see such a large volume trading at these values. This could imply that POET found a buyer.
