I've been waiting for licensing a long time. It can be a game changer. Depends on the Tier 1 companies to whom they license. A few are household names, but many are not. 

If we're able to snag a household name, the share price should rise on the news of the deal.  It's not only the deal, but the humbugs boost in legitimacy. If not, we'll be waiting for revenues to be generated from the license to see price appreciation. 

But they gotta get those deals done!!!
