At 12.22 pm  Scotia just unloaded  a  quantity of stock including a block of 23000 shares, driving the price down , just after Morgan Stanley had been  increasing its position at higher prices earlier in the day.

Scotia's sale may have been a margin call. They were hitting the bids.

Somebody may have an agenda to get the price down if a deal is in the works for a financing.

Who knows - but price has been fairly stable until this happened. Hopefully others see this as an

added buying opportunity.
