Please let us know what you mean with "non -dilutive " financing.  

Do you really think that e.g. a JV  with a non chinese partner is sort of non dilutive  ?

Or that the Sanan JV is not dilutive- although they have to invest 50m $ while we bring "only" our know how into the JV ?.

Any type of investment in POET is dilutive- better you get familiar with that idea, because many "investments" and "financings"  will follow.........
