poor handling of money?

From 2018 to 2021 - company was funded through the sale of DLS

Prototyping line in Singapore (paid for by NUS) 

 

Manufacturing line in China (paid for by Sanan) – neither of which took cash out of the company.  

 

If you are talking about money spent to spread the word and attract shareholders then you have an argument but  in terms of development cost there is no contest.
