As I recall the reason given for not repricing the debenture warrants was because some were exercised that were in the money earlier in the year. So it is an all or none condition for approval.

Time to enjoy the day. I think the acceleration clause is going to work as I described in my earlier post and we will at least get rid of some penny flippers.
