Last year on March 2 (at market open) prior to OFC (March 5) POET announced the following, POET TECHNOLOGIES INTRODUCES "POET INFINITY" - A CHIPLET-BASED TRANSMITTER PLATFORM FOR 400G, 800G AND 1.6T DATA CENTER SOLUTIONS.

On March 1 the stock closed at $5.57. On Monday March 6 the stock closed at $6.73.

I think there is potential for significant announcements this year based on the Tweets from POET and Luxshare.
