SpX is a completely separate entity and so any revenue flowing into its coffers stay there and don't flow to PTKs.  This is because Sanan has bank rolled the business thus far.  As such, revenue stays put. At least that's how I understand it.

That said, poet has to supply the OI engines to Sanan at a cost.  As so some revenue comes directly to poet that way. I don't believe we have any figures for how much they'll charge for a OE wafers?? 

I believe eventually POET will receive some of the sales revenue from SpX also.
