P n P, those are points about which we all (most of us) worry. On the other hand, we make an attractive and inexpensive target for a substantial company that would like to run with our tech. 

Also, "if I was" ?? -  is the subjunctive mood dying?  A shame.  Drives us old grammarians nuts! LOL
