Though, honestly, I would not have been so long-winded if I was not on my 3rd glass of wine, sitting in a small restaurant watching the snow fall outside.  

I am a passionate supporter of POET.  I should clarify that my statement about TM does not come from a "pitch fork" mentality.  I recognize that business decisions are made by the management team, with support from the Board.  I was responding to the SA authors' conclusions and comments about leadership in Finance at the company.

The poor decisions were not the fault of one person.  Regardless, we have an optics challenge at best.  The market doesn't have confidence in our leadership.  I believe POET should address this.
