Given that the price just dropped from $3.xx to under a buck, the warrant holders might want to wait until things are humming with revenue and the financial situation reflects no more equity financing in the future. 

If the stock price is high enough, they can get the shares without any cash. If the trend is up and to the right, the longer they wait, the less painful the conversion.
