The thing that I see is that the POET Platform with the significant development support contained within the company and with partners now has the capability to turn on a dime or more accurately within a quarter.  The platform is really flexible beyond what we have seen before. Obviously they need to maintain the lead that they have and accelerate it with product development in all areas that the platform is capable of commanding. 

They need the right resources. I think the resources they need are coming and they are good at maximizing utilization of resources for product development. It is tough being so small but I think the company has some very big moves ahead of them. People can say we have heard it all before but they actually have products now. They also have the ability to quickly meet the needs of industry as those needs become recognized. It is what they are doing now. They are skating to where the puck will be. They have the experience under their belt to make that happen. That is my view.

They are good at technical development but the job is made easier by the Optical Interposer. What they are producing gets better with each iteration.Suresh will not allow them to be dependent on an “all eggs in one basket situation” again”. Multiple ways to succeed is the way I read him.  He is always thinking  about future moves. Untie his hands and watch some real magic.
