There is probably a fine line between them buying too much and not enough.  Too much and it looks like they had to support the offering to get it filled and too few shows a lack of confidence.  Not to mention, I suspect they aren't allowed to buy above a certain percentage.

I think it was a good amount, but don't think it'll move needles.  We're way past that now.  ABBA summed up what we need "money, money, money"
