Okay, for this latest blunder you're asserting the half-baked financing that was posted here was whose fault? And shareholders (and not the market?) that were unprivy to details were the ones that didn't learn from it? 

Guys, read these messages out loud. You guys seem so close to getting it. 

Following the pathetic raise in 2016 the sycophants here cried, "Mika was not responsible for that - we can't blame him."

Okay well how about now? Who wrote the offering? Whose name is on the bottom? It definitely doesn't say, "Long term shareholder that posts on a micro stock board."
