Based off things I have heard, I think the probability is pretty high, although I have heard things before that have not come to fruition.

Let's just get through this financing and see what they have next. Expect a news release tomorrow morning. I believe the financing officially closes at the end of the day today so they could possibly put out something after the close, but I'm betting on tomorrow morning.

If the insiders participated at any significant level, I believe people can draw their own conclusions from there. Hopefully, they announce the level of insider participation when they announce the closing of the financing.
