We have a roughly 30% increase in shares.

5.1 mil + same amount warrants

1.6 mil + same amount warrants

 My simple math makes it

13mil shares divided by 44 mil. fully diluted shares. 

Around 30 percent.

But still a lot for like 8 month runway if you count the warrants. And only 4 month without them...
