The news appears to be bad. There should be no excuse in there inability to raise such a measly amount. "Not allowed to solicit." "Market conditions." Are only excuses for Poet because it doesn't seem to apply to anyone else. 

Also, Mazan and another person allegedly bought up 25% (total or each I am not sure), but that is even more condemning of management's capabilities. 

It seems as though this level of impotence and incompetence is accepted by many here. It doesn't look to be accepted by the market unfortunately. 

Big changes must happen. We're dying on the vine.
