Insider participation sounds nice but at what percentage of such a small total amount raised? Objectively it just can't be that impressive given the total amount on the table, maybe a gesture to the market at best. I truly hope I'm eating crow in a month or two - I've gone many years without, despite the "Yes, but..." choir ensemble.
How are some suggesting that undersubscription, an extension, and return to $1.00 are actually good news? If investors aren't filling (let alone oversubscribing) to the "big picture" opportunity, I'd suggest that creating "additional potential" or "runway" simply are not in the requried "results" category at this juncture. Big picture? Let's try staying above $1.00 first please!
