Only the company knows the answer to that. We will know on Monday.

Financing the company is not something I am worried about anymore. Regardless of how much they close on Monday, the company has alluded to the fact that they will be seeking other forms of capital as well. 

Needless to say, we just need a little more patience as we know the tech is solid.
