Caution...napkin math...Roughly 1.1million shares traded since December 15. (Toronto exchange only)  If we are relying on sold shares to cover this raise then it is not looking too good only on that metric.  That would be roughly 1.2-1.3 million dollars of the raise pruchased so far.   Let's hope there is new outside or bettter yet, INSIDE money to close the full offering.
