Timotao, your description of sp value is exactly as I have been articulating in various comments over the past 2 years.  I agree 100%.  Only after we begin to recognize revenue and post forecasts will we begin to establish reasonable sp value.  And, we will experience significant increase in value at that time. 
We're slowly getting there.  The activity we are experiencing is common among early stage, pre-revenue companies. 
ive also been buying.  I believe POET is more valuable than the sp reflects.  Even in the worst case scenario where they sell out to another company for the value of their patents and spx ownership, we would experience significant profits.
