Well you parsed my words but that's ok. Since it's my $$$ and yours invested it's nice to have a forum that allows opinions.
I am not against polls but imo Mac- outta here  is  toxic to management based on how he has interacted in the past with them and as in his previous attempts this will go nowhere except as Turr  says just creates unnecessary noise which is maybe the plan who knows. Mac is a smart guy but he has to know this and his why I question motives.

Keep your eye on the ball, carefull with distractions from those who are often in conflict with management. If it were FJ or Rainer as Hub leaders managing the poll- survey pretty sure management would be all ears and I would certainly participate.
