Should boost offering

This news should push a few over that were just sitting on the fence about participating in the offering.

If its true that we are now waiting untill mid january for closing i was worried that there had simply not been enough interest to have an early ttranche...lets hope for an oversubscibed offering.

I expect over the next 3 weeks that the share price slowly moves to the $1.22 offering price.
