As per the news release, the financing is supposed to close by January 15.

There has been talk that they may close a first tranche on December 22. However, that is not guaranteed at this point. Due to it being the holiday season already, they may just close it in January.

In any event, we will know soon enough. Once we can get this financing behind us, we will be able to move forward.
