Is so low that we could probably make enough money on our light sources alone to justify multiple times are share price.

But hopefully the offering gets oversubscribed with a show of confidence by our insiders...if they can sell around $15 a share they should certainly see $1.22 as a heck of a deal...unless THEY see this going to ZERO...come on insiders give us hope and buy in...please
