My response:

I have been trying not to overthink this. The stock was taken down to get financing because the market knows they need money. It is unlikely that POET would make any effort to bolster the share price during this time with any significant news so I am hoping that once the financing is done that POET will be able to release news that will move the share price back to where it should be.
