They could have easily raised the same amount via the ATM and we would be sub one USD. The financing would be behind us and we could go to new pastures.

No clue why they didn't utilize the ATM. We are down here anyway. So, I would have preferred them starting selling shares in the 4 USD range and nut sub 1 USD + full warrant.

Was this amateurish use of the ATM, being cancelled twice, really just badly managed or was that intentional Mr. Mika?
