Dave, the point is why add an extra layer of negativity to that announcement implying that POET could be delisted from the NASDAQ in 30 days.

That statement is false and it did not require a lot of research to figure that out so why try and make it look worse than what it is?

Don't you agree?

I am still trying to get answers for why POET waited so long to seek financing.
