Something that has been repeated over and over is that if insiders would just buy some shares at these prices it would show a vote of confidence in the future of this company and do wonders for the share price.  The ones that sold at $16 have an obligation to buy right now in my opinion but so far this hasnt happened. The optics of zero insider purchases and low institutional involvement creates red flags to potential investors. Regardless of not being able to take part in the US offering, insiders can still purchase on the open market.  Why hasn't this happened I ask myself.  Do they believe this is going lower or is this a deliberate attempt to keep the share price down ?
