What I think POET should do!

Give each shareholder 1 free warrant for each share. With this warrant you can buy an additional share at CAD$1 so that the existing shareholder is not diluted, and everyone gets the opportunity to participate in the capital increase. This warrant must become tradable on the market so that those who do not want or cannot buy more can sell their warrants.

POET will raise +/- CAD$40 million so we can continue until the end of 2025 and put this whole thing behind us and move on.
