Not impossible regarding Tom's tactics, but I think highly unlikely. 

If some of you remember, I have long wanted a buyout as that would have eliminated the risk going forward. Right now, that would not work out so great for us. 

I have maintained for years that some Agoracomers did not have the proper respect for risk. I'm starting to think that perhaps management did not fully appreciate risk either.
