I have not seen much discussion on the point Tom raised in the recent NR regarding trading activity. Much of the focus was on the no material aspect comment but what got my attention was this quote which suggests parallel strategy POET is undergoing to raise funds beyond the offering with Maxim. 

Looking back I think Tom telegraphed the raise with Maxim would be small and there are much bigger conversations that have been going int past month. It's likely the Plan B and C referred to here. Imagine if they were successful in landing well regarded investment houses with linkage to potential customers to fund company even it meant giving up portion of company . Think about market re-assessment of our value. Just saying, more than a dream perhaps
