Do you know what he meant by consolidation?  Consolidation means adding to the balance sheet the equity and that's not done in a JV.  That has nothing to do with profits and losses distribution.  That's the meat of the deal. What's the point of a JV if you can't take a distribution.  More obfuscation.  This is another thing the company needs to clarify to investors.
