Message: Re: SPX Joint Venture revenue share

Just going off of memory of what I've read, SPX is a completely separate company, partially owned by poet. Poet receives money from SPX but in the form of dividends. Assuming the accounting is the same in China as in the western world, that would mean SPX makes revenue (all there sales), deducts all there expenses to get income (expenses including cost of goods sold, salaries, administration, etc.) If income is positive (they actually make money) they pay taxes on that, and then whatever is left over can be distributed to shareholders (poet and sanan) in the form of dividends.   Hope that helps.
